Whether a team member is in a meeting, dropping kids off, having a Swan day, or out sick, these statuses ensure availability is communicated clearly within the team.

Slack AI offers tailored summaries of important updates, enabling part-time team members to stay informed without the need to constantly monitor Slack outside their working hours. This feature ensures that team members are connected while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • AI-Generated Summaries for Seamless Transitions After Time Off
    Returning to work after time off can sometimes feel daunting, but Slack AI offers the potential to alleviate this stress. The Swan team can now access summaries of key updates to allow them to quickly and efficiently catch up on everything that has happened while they were away. This feature focuses on the most relevant information, helping team members transition smoothly back into their workflow.
  • Smart Notifications for Priority Tasks
    Slack AI is also able to reduce unnecessary distractions, allowing team members to focus on high-priority activities. We are excited about Slack AI’s smart notifications that will ensure employees are only alerted to what truly matters to them.     I have already started using the search capability of Slack AI, and I’m really excited about its ability to take plain language input and produce relevant answers drawn from the wealth of knowledge already in Swan Technology Solutions’ workspace.
